Operational sequence

  1. Open the cited public edition and navigate to the exact heading anchor.
  2. Compare the page claim with the source wording and scope.
  3. Check date, jurisdiction, population, limitations, and whether the source is primary, secondary, or tertiary.
  4. Confirm the citation is public-safe and does not expose protected implementation material.
  5. Record corrections when the link, scope, or wording is wrong.

Failure states

  • Citation by title only
  • Using a source that discusses a different population as direct prevalence evidence
  • Citing internal architecture on a public gameplay page
  • Assuming a citation makes an interpretation verified
