REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE
Equal method, not artificial equivalence
The same questions—authority, law, practice, powers, customers, oversight, rights, remedy, evidence, uncertainty, liaison, correction, and population boundary—are asked everywhere. Results differ because institutions and source environments differ. The audit does not force balance between well-supported and unsupported claims.
REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE
Evidence volume is not a performance score
Courts, freedom-of-information systems, investigative media, parliamentary inquiries, truth commissions, and archives can make a transparent system appear more failure-prone than an opaque one. The audit records why information is available and refuses to infer competence from silence.
- Documented failure may indicate review capacity.
- Official silence may indicate secrecy, not success.
- Defector or foreign-government access requires explicit limits.
REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE
Rights require mechanisms, not labels
Pages examine legal authorization, warrants, detention, notice, counsel, judicial review, legislative scrutiny, inspectors, audit, data protection, complaint channels, exoneration, correction, compensation, and whether remedies work in practice. Formal law and practical access remain separate.
REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE
Representation tests run at claim and system level
The audit flags institution/population conflation, religion/militancy conflation, diaspora/state-direction assumptions, protected-trait suspicion, regional personality claims, Western-default agency taxonomies, false balance, moral rankings, and game mechanics that encode discrimination.
REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE
Quality tests cover sources and implementation
Release review checks primary and local-language source coverage, source independence, circular reporting, source-domain concentration, unsupported certainty, current officeholders, duplicate and near-duplicate prose, provenance completeness, UTF-8 and bidirectional rendering, non-color cues, keyboard and screen-reader access, and exact correction links.
REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE
The supplied independent audit is a challenge set, not a certification
The uploaded red-team report identifies risks and proposed gates. Its numerical findings are preserved as claims in the protected source; they are not silently treated as verified measurements of this build. This release implements reproducible checks against the actual package and publishes its own receipt.
