INTERNATIONAL GAME SYSTEMS

Virtual Society Systems: Economy, AI NPCs, Trust, Justice, and Human Rights

A worldwide design hub for fair virtual economies, transparent AI characters, consent-aware deception, accessible logistics, due process, reintegration, and accountable live operations.

ORIENTATION

Why this matters

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

One-sentence brief

A globally offered game needs more than geographically diverse scenery. Its economy, AI, housing, contract, investigation, and justice systems must also avoid importing one country’s assumptions or turning vulnerable people into mechanics.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Three key points

  1. Economic difficulty must not become pay-to-win or newcomer exclusion.
  2. AI-generated characters and missions require disclosure, provenance, correction, and deterministic safety boundaries.
  3. Justice systems need notice, evidence, appeal, remedy, reintegration, and record repair.
  4. Technical failure is not character pathology: model error must be logged, corrected, and contained rather than relabeled as psychiatric lore.
  5. Institutions are not populations; mechanics evaluate attributable actions and evidence, never nationality, culture, religion, language, disability, diagnosis, or migration status.

WORKING BRIEF

Evidence, context, and limits

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

A virtual society is more than a combat loop

This section treats money, contracts, housing, logistics, AI characters, investigations, sanctions, repair, and accessibility as one interconnected civic system. Each mechanic is designed for international use without treating any jurisdiction, culture, or population as the default.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Affordability and circulation before spectacle

Currency creation, destruction, transfer, and temporary locking are tracked separately. Newcomer affordability, regional price variation, disabled-player access, low-bandwidth play, time-zone differences, and non-combat livelihoods are first-class design constraints.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Deception requires informed boundaries

Betrayal may be an optional fictional mechanic only where players can see that risk, choose it, review contract terms, preserve evidence, and seek a remedy. Hidden developer deception, zero-information traps, and off-platform manipulation are not legitimate difficulty.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

AI characters are disclosed systems

Players must know when they are interacting with an AI-controlled character. Generative dialogue cannot create game-state truth, binding contracts, diagnoses, accusations, or irreversible sanctions. Deterministic services validate every consequential action. Technical failure remains a software and governance event, not a diagnosis, personality trait, or fictional excuse for manipulating a player.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Consequences require due process and a path back

Temporary restrictions may support play, but punishment cannot be indefinite, humiliating, diagnosis-based, or designed to make people log off. Notice, evidence, proportionality, appeal, correction, restoration, and reintegration remain playable.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Equal method without one cultural economy

Regional economies may differ in language, housing practice, transport, social trust, accessibility, and market institutions. Those differences are researched and authored; they are not converted into national honesty, danger, sophistication, or competence scores. Institutions are not populations, and evidence about a rule or agency cannot be converted into a trait assigned to residents.

Limitations, game links, and review context

DISPUTED / MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Known limitations and gaps

  • These pages are authored design syntheses, not independent validation of every claim in the supplied reports.
  • No country, culture, language, religion, diagnosis, disability, migration status, income level, or region is assigned a hidden competence, honesty, criminality, loyalty, or risk modifier.
  • The public edition omits operational intrusion, evasion, targeting, coercion, weapons, exploit, and real-person profiling instructions.
  • Regional, economic, accessibility, clinical, lived-experience, legal, privacy, and consumer-protection review remain open human gates.
  • RogueIntelligence.org remains authoritative for live game state; these pages describe design principles and correction boundaries.

This page follows the public method for provenance, confidence, source independence, alternative accounts, limitations, review state, and visible correction.
