One-sentence brief
Regional context helps explain geography, law, history, alliance, conflict, capacity, and liaison without treating a region as culturally uniform or politically predetermined.
INTERNATIONAL REGIONAL ATLAS
Ten regional entry points connecting shared institutional pressures to 114 country profiles without assigning regional character, morality, or threat rankings.
ORIENTATION
Regional context helps explain geography, law, history, alliance, conflict, capacity, and liaison without treating a region as culturally uniform or politically predetermined.
WORKING BRIEF
Open a region to identify common pressures and liaison structures, then read the full country profiles. Compare one institutional function at a time. Do not use a regional description as a substitute for evidence about a specific country, institution, event, or person.
The current release covers small states and microstates; MENA; Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Caucasus, and Central Asia; Western, Northern, and Southern Europe; East Asia and Oceania; Southeast Asia; Latin America and the Caribbean; West and Central Africa and the Sahel; Eastern and Southern Africa; and Canada’s North American context.
No region is treated as the default, the exception, civilized, backward, trustworthy, untrustworthy, democratic by nature, authoritarian by nature, or permanently defined by conflict. Institutional claims remain source-specific and time-bound.
Fiction can vary geography, coordination, liaison, resource scarcity, maritime exposure, federalism, or oversight without copying real country stereotypes. Every faction should face evidence, legality, rights, uncertainty, and correction constraints.
Build fictional regions from institutional variables rather than real national labels.
