Operational sequence

  1. Identify the exact claim, version, source, and consequence being challenged.
  2. Preserve the prior wording and explain the requested correction.
  3. Review counterevidence through a person or process independent of the original decision where possible.
  4. Publish the correction, reason, UTC date, and derivative rebuild status.
  5. Reassess any game or dossier outcome that depended on the corrected claim.

Failure states

  • Silent edits
  • Treating an appeal as disloyalty
  • Deleting the error history
  • Correcting wording without revisiting consequences
