correction cascade

The propagation of an evidence-linked correction through summaries, translations, indexes, models, profiles, learning paths, search, and other derivative outputs. The current WIP.21 register retains the WIP.19 taxonomy—verified current, corrected, status updated, date bounded, dataset bounded, partially verified, and not established—and records later evidence transitions without editing preserved source bytes or turning uncertainty into a score.
