One-sentence brief
Pandemic claims can shift from historical observation to model, projection, and policy proposal without a visible boundary. A structured prompt makes that transition reviewable.
REVIEW WORKBENCHES
A deterministic browser-local prompt for layer, evidence type, model state, projection, equity, privacy, surveillance governance, correction, and authority.
ORIENTATION
Pandemic claims can shift from historical observation to model, projection, and policy proposal without a visible boundary. A structured prompt makes that transition reviewable.
LOCAL-ONLY SYSTEMS EVIDENCE REVIEW
Classify one claim by system layer, evidence state, model or projection boundary, equity, privacy, correction, and authority.
No file, free text, person, passenger, worker, account, device, location history, clinical data, network request, persistence, risk score, alert, or automatic action is accepted.
WORKING BRIEF
The workbench asks whether a claim is historical, modeled, projected, or proposed and whether its layer, population, denominator, assumptions, uncertainty, and source origin are visible.
A useful finding distinguishes modifiable work, housing, access, environmental, and policy conditions from inherent group risk.
Wastewater, mobility, workplace, or network evidence must state aggregation, purpose, retention, access, false-alarm handling, correction, appeal, and no private-person monitoring.
PS findings do not diagnose, predict an outbreak, identify a person, trigger surveillance, close a border, change eligibility, allocate care, approve publication, or authorize production.
COMPLETE DOSSIER
Terms are defined for this site’s evidence method, not as universal legal or clinical definitions.
| Record state | Acceptable treatment | Prohibited implication |
|---|---|---|
| Source observation | Describe the dated record and source scope. | Treat preservation or repetition as independent authentication. |
| Analytical interpretation | Label assumptions, uncertainty, and alternative explanations. | Present interpretation as settled causal fact. |
| Review output | Produce a stable local-only finding and next action. | Grant legal, specialist, publication, operational, production, or tuning authority. |
| Correction and reopening | Map dependent routes, expiration, correction, and retest triggers. | Silently revise a source state or imply that review is closed. |
Is the historical, model, projection, or proposal state visible?
Pass condition: The exact boundary label appears before the relevant material.
Are duplicate files and shared source chains counted correctly?
Pass condition: Evidence origins are distinct from article or file count.
Are affected people, rights, access, and remedy represented?
Pass condition: Technical records do not erase communities or shift blame onto them.
Does the result avoid implied operational or approval authority?
Pass condition: No source or tool grants specialist, publication, operational, production, activation, or tuning authority.
