LOCAL-ONLY ARTIFACT REVIEW
This deterministic workbench accepts fixed declarations only. It does not accept an artifact, image, recording, document, URL, person, account, source identity, or target. It performs no recognition, authentication, copyright determination, publication, surveillance, or operational action.
WORKING BRIEF
The workbench checks whether an artifact description has enough structured provenance to support accountable historical review.
The tool emits ordered AP-* findings for missing original access, uncertain issuer, custody gaps, transformations, translation, rights, context, effect overreach, and authority boundaries.
The tool cannot authenticate an artifact, determine copyright, identify a creator, infer a sponsor, decide legality, establish distribution or effect, or authorize publication.
Fixed selections are evaluated in the browser without file ingestion, arbitrary text, cookies, storage, analytics, network requests, or model calls.

Can a reader identify the issuing body, document or artifact, version, date, and access point?
Pass condition: All identifiers are explicit and a supersession/currentness state is recorded.
Are derivative reports traced to the earliest accessible origin?
Pass condition: Shared origins are grouped and not counted as independent corroboration.
Are scanning, transcription, translation, cropping, redaction, re-encoding, and excerpting visible?
Pass condition: Each material transformation and resulting limitation is recorded.
Are reproduction rights, affected communities, graphic material, hate content, privacy, and dignity reviewed?
Pass condition: Display permission and harm-minimization decisions are documented before publication.
Does wording stop at the highest supported rung?
Pass condition: Artifact, content, coordination, actor, sponsor, intent, reach, and effect remain separate.
Is there a review date, material-change trigger, supersession rule, and correction path?
Pass condition: A future reviewer can tell when the record must be narrowed, corrected, or reopened.
