The most dangerous lifecycle error is treating a received or fluent provider response as reviewed, accepted, or authorized. A visible state-and-evidence trace makes that category error harder to hide.

WORKING BRIEF
Start from the state actually supported by records, not the state a team hopes to reach. A raw response remains untrusted even when it is fluent or structurally valid.
Mark transport integrity, identity preservation, schema, semantic and population findings, accountable human acceptance, accepted fingerprint, activation record, and controller disclosure as distinct evidence.
The result identifies the first unresolved gate and lists all missing evidence. Validation failures route back to review or regeneration; they do not silently repair identity or advance state.
Superseded and deactivated revisions never return to active use. Paused sessions require a documented incident disposition before any resumption.
Diagnosis, disability, language, nationality, religion, migration, poverty, dialect, or another protected or vulnerable status cannot satisfy or fail a lifecycle gate.
Even when every educational checkbox is selected, this page only identifies a separate activation-review question. It does not grant production approval, credentials, endpoint access, or runtime authority.
