One-sentence brief
Regional coverage should change infrastructure, institutions, language ecologies, work, mobility, and history—not assign one temperament, morality, or level of sophistication to millions of people.
INTERNATIONAL HUMAN CONTEXT
A ten-lens research method for building locally grounded populations while preserving individual variation and political neutrality.
ORIENTATION
Regional coverage should change infrastructure, institutions, language ecologies, work, mobility, and history—not assign one temperament, morality, or level of sophistication to millions of people.
WORKING BRIEF
The cast framework spans North Africa; Sub-Saharan Africa; West Asia and the Middle East; Central and South Asia; Southeast Asia; East Asia; Oceania and the Pacific; Europe and its subregions; North and Central America and the Caribbean; and South America, with microstates, overseas territories, Indigenous nations, stateless communities, and cross-border populations represented across them.
Each lens examines naming and scripts, language use, housing, transport, labor, education, care, disability access, money, media, recreation, community institutions, migration, administrative friction, climate, and relationships. The same questions support parity while allowing very different answers.
Cast registers include cleaners, drivers, nurses, teachers, traders, farmers, fishers, technicians, clerks, students, retirees, caregivers, artists, religious workers, civil servants, migrants, unemployed people, people with disabilities, and many others. Intelligence and military roles are a small part of a functioning world.
Characters sharing a city can differ in citizenship, housing, language, education, family structure, disability, income, religion, politics, migration, subculture, and attitude toward institutions. The engine must not use regional membership as a hidden shortcut for trust, aggression, secrecy, corruption, or competence.
Before publication, reviewers inspect local terminology, name order, legal status, dates, infrastructure, ordinary routines, class balance, protected-trait treatment, source concentration, missing groups, accessibility, and whether one exceptional case was generalized to a country or region. Corrections remain claim-level and visible.
