EVIDENCE REVIEW WORKBENCHES

Specialist Review Packet Readiness Workbench

A deterministic browser-local workbench that converts fixed declarations about claim binding, evidence inventory, origin mapping, review scope, conflict and authority records, rights, corrections, and reopening into stable SR-* preparation prompts.

ORIENTATION

Why this matters

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

One-sentence brief

A visible packet-readiness trace can prevent a link bundle, empty role slot, or owner approval from being mistaken for an accountable specialist assignment or completed review.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Three key points

  1. Use only fixed, non-identifying declarations.
  2. Prepare the packet before requesting an assignment.
  3. Treat every output as a prompt, never as assignment, evidence review, disposition, or approval.
LAB

LOCAL-ONLY SPECIALIST PACKET REVIEW

Check whether a claim packet is ready to request accountable specialist assignment

Packet preparation only — not assignment or review

This deterministic workbench accepts only fixed, non-identifying declarations. It cannot collect reviewer identity, credentials, organization, contact information, files, URLs, free text, evidence, consent, conflicts, a disposition, or approval.

WORKING BRIEF

Evidence, context, and limits

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Evaluate the packet, not a person

The workbench accepts no reviewer name, credential, organization, email address, URL, file, account handle, free-text case, or live evidence. It checks only declared packet conditions.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Claim and evidence revisions must be stable

The same packet should not combine multiple propositions, moving public wording, or unversioned evidence. A reviewer needs to know exactly what is being asked and which record controls.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Assignment readiness is not assignment

A ready packet may be sent through the protected workflow, but the tool cannot create a reviewer identity, conflict declaration, consent, evidence-access record, or acceptance of the assignment.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

Disposition fields remain empty until review occurs

The workbench can check whether the packet provides a vocabulary and correction map. It cannot decide the claim, populate a rationale, represent silence as approval, or close an `OPEN_UNASSIGNED` item.

REAL-WORLD INTERPRETIVE

No result changes publication or production state

The output cannot authenticate sources, decide legal currentness, certify accessibility, approve publication, activate a character, run a simulation, alter a public route, or unblock production tuning.

Limitations, game links, and review context

DISPUTED / MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Known limitations and gaps

  • The supplied reports and retained project records remain research and review inputs, not authenticated institutional publications or substitutes for current primary law, local-language review, affected-community evidence, or specialist judgment.
  • A complete packet does not prove that a reviewer is independent, qualified, available, conflict-free, or authorized; those facts require an actual accountable assignment record.
  • A reviewer response, denial, silence, owner approval, deterministic workbench result, or automated PASS does not by itself establish truth, legal effect, publication approval, accessibility conformance, production readiness, or tuning authority.
  • Names, handles, exact locations, confidential relationships, protected traits, and raw private records should be excluded unless strictly necessary, lawful, proportionate, and protected by the applicable review process.
  • No page or workbench provides intrusion, denial-of-service, evasion, doxxing, stolen-data access, source unmasking, surveillance, private-person identification, targeting, individualized persuasion, or operational campaign instructions.
  • The workbench contains no reviewer identity field, credential field, organization field, email field, upload, free-text field, URL field, live lookup, storage, analytics, model call, assignment action, correction action, or publication action.

Decision matrix

Accountable specialist-review packet decision matrix.
Stage Required record Unsafe shortcut Publication-safe action
Packet preparation Stable claim, revision, evidence origins, gaps, questions, rights, and affected routes Sending a link pile or asking for a general endorsement Prepare a bounded packet
Assignment Actual identity in the protected workflow, domain and jurisdiction scope, conflict and independence declarations, date, and authority limits Treating readiness as assignment Record the accountable assignment only when supplied
Review Exact evidence reviewed, exclusions, reasoning, uncertainty, and response considerations Inferring review from elapsed time or silence Preserve a version-bound review record
Disposition Scoped outcome, rationale, correction requirements, dissent, and reopening condition Turning one opinion into universal approval Apply only the supported correction or retained wording

Publication audit checklist

Claim and revision

Is the packet bound to one stable proposition and exact revision?

Pass condition: The reviewer is not asked to approve a moving or composite claim.

Evidence origins

Are source origins, transformations, negative searches, and proposition scope visible?

Pass condition: Repeated publications are not counted as independent evidence.

Scope and independence

Are domain, jurisdiction, conflict, independence, access, and recusal boundaries explicit?

Pass condition: The reviewer can accept, narrow, decline, or recuse without implied authority beyond the assignment.

Rights and correction

Are affected-person response, source protection, language, accessibility, correction, and appeal needs named?

Pass condition: The packet does not trade accuracy for unnecessary identity exposure or inaccessible procedure.

Disposition and reopening

Will the record preserve evidence reviewed, rationale, correction requirements, authority limits, and reopening conditions?

Pass condition: A scoped disposition is traceable and does not silently become production or publication approval.
