Operational sequence
- Record the person’s baseline and ordinary functioning.
- Normalize every event to UTC and mark the source.
- Track sleep, mood, substances, medications, illness, injury, trauma reminders, and operational incidents on separate lanes.
- Distinguish observation, interpretation, and later chart language.
- Revise the working formulation when the sequence changes.
